Technical advantages
Wujin Stainless has led and participated to formulate and revise more than 20 national and industrial standards, and own 67 valid patents, including 23 invention patents and 44 utility model patents. These patents cover the product manufacturing and inspection process, demonstrating the company independent intellectual property.
Aiming at the domestic blank of stainless steel seamless pipe system for supercritical thermal power boiler, Wujin has carried out self-dependent innovation. It has formed core technologies and process products with independent intellectual property. It has passed appraisement of sci-tech achievement of China Machinery Industry Federation, the National Technical Committee of Standardization of Boiler and Pressure vessel, and China Electrical Engineering Society, which has reached the advanced level of similar products overseas, replaced imports. Other technical advantages include: cold rolling technique of large diameter thick wall seamless pipe with one time large deformation, which made the product has uniform grain size through the large deformation cold rolling to refining the internal grain.
R&D Ability
Wujin Stainless has organized and participated in the formulation and revision of 18 national and industrial standards. It has 67 patents in force, including22 invention patents and 45utility model patents, which covers the entire process of product manufacturing and inspection, and shows the independent intellectual property rights of the products of Wujin Stainless .
Since there had been no stainless steel seamless pipes for boilers of ultra-supercritical thermal power units in China, Wujin Stainless Steel has made independent innovation, and formed core technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights. It has successively passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of China Machinery Industry Federation, China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels, and Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. The products have reached the advanced level compared with similar products in foreign countries, substituting imported goods and filling domestic gaps. Other technical advantages include: one-time large deformation cold rolling technology for large-caliber thick-walled seamless pipes. Through large-deformation cold rolling, the internal grains of steel pipes are refined to make the product have a uniform grain size.

Through a complete quality management system, we strictly implement various inspection and test standards for the three stages of raw material procurement, production process, and final product to ensure that product quality meets stringent requirements.
Testing Center
There are 5 laboratories under the Inspection and Testing Center: Intergranular Corrosion Laboratory, Nondestructive Testing Laboratory, Chemical Component Laboratory, Processing Property Laboratory and Mechanical Property Laboratory.
The laboratories are equipped with more than 230 pieces (sets) of advanced instruments, such as ultrasonic flaw detectors, eddy current detectors, hydrostatic testing machines, X-ray flaw detectors, direct-reading spectrometers, nitrogen and oxygen analyzers, hydraulic universal testing machines, impact testing machines, automatic carbon sulfur analyzers, and endoscopes. It continuously ensures the stable quality of all products, and improves the quality level to meet the growing demands of customers for customized mid-to-high-end products.
