Petroleum


The rapid development of the petrochemical industry, especially the growth of domestic refining equipment and ethylene productivity, has increased the demand for petrochemical stainless steel pipes.

Coal Chemical Industry


Wujin Stainless has developed the high-pressure hydrogenation N08825 alloy pipes with independent intellectual property rights and R&D and manufacturing technologies. The mechanical, physical and chemical properties have reached the international advanced level, which meets the requirements for the use of high-pressure hydrogenation alloy seamless pipes. Wujin Stainless has realized the engineering development of high-pressure hydrogenation alloy seamless pipes, formed independent intellectual property rights to substitute imported goods, and developed capability of industrialization. It meets the requirements for pipes used for petroleum hydrogenation equipment, and also meets the demands for domestic major equipment and high-end equipment manufacturing special pipes in the nuclear power, petrochemical and coal-to-liquids, chemical, and aerospace industries.

LNG


Natural gas, as a high-efficiency clean energy, has much lower carbon dioxide emissions than that of the primary energy coal and petroleum at the same calorific value. In recent years, with the progress of exploration and development technology and the rise of the consumer market, natural gas has developed into the world’s third largest energy after petroleum and coal.

Nuclear Power


With the priority scheduling of clean energy of the country, the installation proportion of nuclear power is also increasing. According to relevant administration regulations and manufacturing and installation licensing rules, enterprises engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of stainless steel pipes for nuclear facilities shall obtain the civil nuclear safety equipment design/manufacturing license. The nuclear safety supervision department of the State Council has put forward high application requirements for applicants and strictly scrutinizes them. As a qualified supplier, Wujin Stainless has developed the core manufacturing technologies for N08367 seamless and welded pipes for the use of the third generation of nuclear power AP1000, achieving the goal of major industrialization. The products have reached the international leading level to substitute imported goods. The implementation of the project will strongly promote the automation of China's nuclear power industry, meet the development needs of advanced nuclear power equipment manufacturing at home and abroad, and ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants.

Offshore Engineering


Wujin Stainless has developed the manufacturing technology for large-diameter super duplex stainless steel seamless pipes, and realized the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of high-tech products for offshore engineering, playing an exemplary role in the key equipment and of system industrialization for high-end ship and ocean engineering manufacturing.

Power Station Boilers


With the introduction of the country's policy for adjusting the power structure and prioritizing the development of clean energy, the growth of thermal power generation installed capacity has slowed down, and thermal power generators have also taken the road of efficiency and cleanness at the same time. In the emission reduction and efficiency improvement of thermal power generation, the use of supercritical units and ultra-supercritical units has increased.
