26 years ago, Pan Jianguo was assigned to the rolling mill position, mainly responsible for debugging and production work. At that time, he knew little about stainless steel pipes and corrosion-resistant alloys, but he was fortunate to meet a group of enthusiastic colleagues who gave him much help and guidance, allowing him to quickly adapt to the work environment and establish a firm foothold on the production front line.

In his career, Pan Jianguo participated in the "20,000-ton high-performance stainless steel seamless pipe project for high-end equipment," which left a very deep impression on him. During the project, difficulties and challenges came one after another. In terms of rolling technology, to achieve the production of high-performance stainless steel seamless pipes for high-end equipment, many technical difficulties need to be overcome, such as the reliability and stability of the rolling process, the matching of tools and dies, and the rationality of the rolling process design. During the project execution, he would feed back the first-hand data and information from the rolling section on site to the relevant process personnel, providing the most effective information for the effective implementation of the project.
