On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, Wujin Stainless Steel held a safety production month launch conference in the company's auditorium, officially kicking off the new year's safety production month activities. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Haojin, director of the company's security department, and Lu Xunwei, production director, made a specific deployment of work for the safety production month. All company team leaders and electromechanical employees attended the launch conference.

 

 

At the beginning of the conference, Director Zhang delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of the safety production month, pointing out that safety production is not just a slogan, but the cornerstone of the life safety, family happiness, and stable development of every employee and the enterprise. Over the past year, although the company has made some achievements in safety production, there are still some hidden dangers and shortcomings. It is hoped that everyone will build a solid safety line with higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures during this year's safety production month.

Finally, Director Lu made a specific deployment of work for the safety production month. First, strengthen safety awareness, establish a safety development concept from the ideological level, strictly implement the work of investigating and rectifying safety hazards, and ensure that safety work remains vigilant and continuous. Second, optimize the management mechanism, implement the morning meeting system, covering production tasks, quality, safety and environmental protection, and on-site 6S management; strengthen the management of employees' mobile phones during the day and night shifts; give full play to the role of team leaders in on-site safety supervision, and implement safety production responsibilities at all levels. Third, strengthen supervision and training, strictly supervise the on-the-job situation of special equipment holders, especially outsourced personnel, and promote the simultaneous advancement of certification and safety training; clarify the management responsibilities of team leaders.
