In 1970, the company started up business, first manufactured veterinary pinpoint, and started the production of stainless steel pipes.

In 1987, Wujin  Zhenglu Stainless Steel Pipe Factory was established to produce finished stainless steel with a diameter less than 45mm.

In 1992, the company became the first batch of enterprises to obtain the national production license for stainless steel seamless pipes.

In 1997, the company was certified by the ISO 9000 Quality System of China Metallurgical Industry Quality System Certification Center

In 2000, the company obtained the production license for stainless steel welded pipes.

In 2001, the company was renamed Wujin Stainless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., and transformed from a county-owned large group to a stock cooperative enterprise.

In 2002, the company was certified by ISO 9001 of France BVQI International Quality System Certification Center.

In 2004, the company obtained the Manufacturing License for Industrial Products, and began to develop S30432 steel tubes for supercritical boilers.

In 2006, the company obtained the national special equipment manufacturing license (pressure pipelines). It has successively obtained the factory approval of DET NORSKE VERITAS (DNV), Korean Register of Shipping (KR), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), Registro Italiano Navale (RINA), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), China Classification Society (CCS) and EU Certification (PED).

In 2007, the group company, Jiangsu Wujin Stainless Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd., was established, and the company's new plant was completed; in the same year, the company was awarded the title of “Chinese Famous Brand” for the stainless steel seamless tubes for boilers.

In 2008, the company's new product Super 304 passed the National Scientific and Technological Achievements Appraisal.

In 2009, Super 304 passed the appraisal organized by China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels.

In 2010, the company was certified by the API Monogram.

In 2011, the company was certified by OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and SA8000 Social Responsibility System. In the same year, the company's new welded pipe plants were completed and put into production. • In 2012, started using the new trademark “Wujin”.

In 2012, started using the new trademark “Wujin”.

On December 19, 2016, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with stock code: 603878.
